Exchange Policy

Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
Cancellation:Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. Prepaid orders can be canceled within 12 hours, subject to a 5% deduction for processing.
Refunds:

• Canceled prepaid orders within 12 hours
• Defective or incorrect items reported within 24 hours with proper proof (video + photos)
Refunds are processed and credited within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Returns:
Returns are not accepted for reasons related to preferences or sizing issues. We only accept returns for incorrect or defective items. To initiate a return:
- You must submit a request within 24 hours of delivery.
- The request must include a clear, unedited parcel opening video and visible proof of the issue.
- Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for delays, dissatisfaction based on opinion, or packaging wear during shipping.
